RHMS 270 Interpersonal Media

Introduction to theories of interpersonal communication processes (e.g., social support, uncertainty management, privacy management, conflict, deception). Influence of new media on these processes, impact of communication media on identities, relationships, and communities.  Prerequisites: None.

The website for Fall 2016 is publicly available.  Copies of materials related to the course Twitter and blogging assignments (including our gamification experiment with badges for blog posts) are available upon request.
